- Official online OÜ state fee: €265
- Our support fee starts from €300 for a standard case where you already hold a valid e-Residency digital ID
- Additional founders: €50 for each additional founder
- Final service pricing depends on the number of founders, e-Residency status, and any additional support services required

e-Residency Support
- If you do not yet have e-Residency, we can help you prepare for the application process

- Application review and card collection usually take several weeks in total, depending on background checks and the selected pickup location
Business Address & Contact Person
If your company setup requires a business address or licensed contact person in Estonia, these services are included at no extra charge when you become our accounting client.
Important to Know
- The standard online route is usually available when all required parties have an accepted Estonian digital identification method
- If not all required parties can sign digitally, a notary-based route may be needed
- After a correctly prepared online application is submitted, the official register review usually takes about one business day
- Actual timing depends on document readiness, digital signing, and official review
